Talastasan sa Kasaysayan: U.P. Department of History Lecture Series – 500th Anniversary of the Mass at Limasawa, The Confusion and Contention over Mazaua
The University of the Philippines Department of History, College of Social Sciences and Philosophy, in partnership with the UP Office for Initiatives in Culture and Arts, the National Historical Commission of the Philippines and the National Quincentennial Committee present this special lecture on the 500th Anniversary of the Mass at Limasawa: The Confusion and Contention over Mazaua. This is part of the Talastasan sa Kasaysayan, the UP Department of History Lecture Series for the UP Diliman Arts & Culture Festival 2021.
Primary speaker for today’s lecture is Dr. Antonio Sanchez de Mora of the Archivo General de Indias (AGI), and reacting to his lecture is Fr. Antonio De Castro, SJ, of the Ateneo de Zamboanga University.
